Care Management Module
HEALTHsuite’s Care Management module enables health care organizations to automate the process of managing “episodes of care.” Care Management supports the needs of the Medicaid and Medicare-risk populations and complies with the federal government’s Social HMO programs. HEALTHsuite’s workflow features assign a case manager, establish a “Care Plan” for the member, and automate the schedules for conducting reviews.
