Care Management Module
HEALTHsuite’s Care Management module enables health care organizations to automate the process of managing “episodes of care.” Care Management supports the needs of the Medicaid and Medicare-risk populations and complies with the federal government’s Social HMO programs.
HEALTHsuite’s workflow features assign a case manager, establish a “Care Plan” for the member, and automate the schedules for conducting reviews. It also permits online access to Care Plan history and allows users to create base Care Plans and copy Care Plans for future use.
