The Customer Service module provides a central point of access to all other modules to access information such as eligibility history, claims and authorizations, provider information, and benefit utilization.
HEALTHsuite's built-in workflow supports complete call tracking, member and provider appeals / grievances, trend analysis, and uniform data collection. Rich in features, benefit history is displayed online; and includes a Provider Smart Search to assist members with finding the right provider.
