Membership Management Module

HEALTHsuite’s Membership Management module employs a single member entry design and simplifies the administration of members and their relationships to plan sponsors, employers, benefits, providers, other insurance, and treatment history. Extensive demographic information is captured on each member including languages spoken, ethnic background, email addresses, and instant message addresses.

The module supports all HIPAA regulations including Certificate of Coverage, Authorized Representatives, and Audit Trail. This module allows for an unlimited number of user-defined “Id Numbers” (reference numbers), such as Medicare HIC Number, Medicaid Recipient Number, Plan Assigned ID, Social Security Number, and National Patient Identifier. HEALTHsuite claims processing software also supports regulations for Medicare and Medicaid, and allows for “non-traditional” family units to be defined.
