Based Benefit
Capabilities |

The
Value Based Benefit feature of HEALTHsuite
allows for the customization of benefits for
individual members based on predefined criteria
such as involvement in coaching programs, member
health status, chronic conditions, etc. With
this feature, plans can tailor benefits and
raise, lower or waive patient copays and
deductibles for specific members identified for
Value-Based
benefits.

Claim Payment Maintenance
Features |

Improved
claim payment maintenance features include
additional payment searching capabilities by
member, provider, bank account, issue date and
payee tax id number. A new claim payment history
dialog has been added showing all payment
history including issue, cancel, and re-issue
dates. New cancel and re-issue features have
been added to capture cancel reasons like stop
payment, bad address, wrong payee, and stop
payment requests can now be sent to the bank
electronically.

Letter Integration with MS Word Mail Merge

Member
letter templates may now be created using
Microsoft Word and data can be merged from
HEALTHsuite into the Word templates for mass
mailings.

Transfer of Members to New Benefit
Plans |

Members
and dependents may now be transferred in mass
from one benefit plan (plan/product/tier) to
another, carrying forward or changing
information such as billing rates and carrier.
This process can be run in test mode prior to
actually making the
changes.

Prospective Payment
Systems |
|
Our
interface with the Ingenix EASYGroup product has
been expanded to include support for the
following Medicare Prospective Payment Systems:
Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC), Long Term Care
(LTC), Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF),
and Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). Please
contact your Account Manager if you have an
interest in any of these prospective payment
systems.
