Social Determinants of Health: Understanding and Influencing Key Predictors of Health Outcomes”
Social determinants of health (SDOH) represent the conditions in which we live, work and grow old. They shape our daily life and greatly influence our health. There are many aspects of SDOH including Lifestyle factors (smoking, diet, exercise), Socioeconomic factors (finances, education, access to healthy food, housing) and Environmental factors (pollution, noise).
