This entry level professional role is responsible for assisting with all project administration activities related to RAM HEALTHsuite Implementation projects. This role reports directly to RAM's Director of Systems Implementation with dotted line responsibilities to RAM Implementation Project Managers. This is a client facing role, but travel to client sites is expected to be extremely minimal and not a significant component of this role.


  • Assisting with RAM implementation project plan maintenance, project status report updates, and project meeting summaries
  • Issue and action item log updates and follow up
  • Client invoice report preparation and review
  • Project time administration and tracking
  • Supporting project staff planning as required
  • Coordinating and responding to client issues and requests as required
  • Providing general Implementation Department administrative support
  • Support of and leading internal process improvement initiatives as required


  • Industry Experience - any healthcare industry, insurance company, or software company experience providing solutions to insurance companies is a plus
  • Skills & Knowledge - MS Project, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Visio plus exceptional written and communication skills
  • Years of Experience - 0 to 3 years in a professional role
  • Education - Bachelor's Degree, Certification in Project Management a big plus
  • Travel Requirements - less than 5% of time
  • Any prior software implementation experience is a big plus

UNIX Systems Administrator

We are looking for a senior level UNIX Systems Administrator.


  • Installs, configures, and maintains UNIX operating systems.
  • Analyzes and resolves problems associated with the operating system's servers, hardware, applications, and software.
  • Detects, diagnoses, and reports UNIX related problems on servers.
  • Provides daily support for management of all AIX and Linux systems including operating system upgrades, storage and volume management, and hardware maintenance.
  • Manages operating system installation and administration of all AIX environments.
  • Collects and reviews system data for capacity and planning purposes. Analyzes capacity data and develops capacity plans for appropriate level enterprise-wide systems. Coordinates with appropriate management personnel in implementing changes.
